In this Master Practice Intensive, Chris will unlock key verses from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and support the teachings with advanced asana, pranayama, and meditation practices.

This Master Intensive is open to students who seek to expand their understanding of yoga and advance their practice on and off the mat!

Prerequisite: Must have at least one year of dedicated yoga practice.
