Our Yoga Alliance approved Online Pregnancy Yoga Specialization Program with Şaylan Yılmaz, one of the most trusted experts in Turkey in the field of pregnancy yoga, starts in November!

This program is designed to train experts who are aware of their own feelings and thoughts, can develop an empathic approach with the expectant mother, know the female body closely and master its cycles. It aims to provide a holistic perspective on women's nature beyond asana practice.

Anyone interested in the pregnancy process and who wants to specialize in this area can participate. Participants who have previously graduated from any 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Basic Yoga Specialization program can receive a Yoga Alliance Approved Pregnancy Yoga Certificate at the end of the program.

The meetings will be held as a Live Broadcast via Zoom from the Cihangir Yoga account and participants are required to have their cameras on.
The training materials will be shared by e-mail in PDF and video format.

Total Duration of Training: 85 Hours
1-Theory: 60 hours of training meetings with Şaylan Yılmaz
2-Practical: 25 hours (10 lessons of observation + 10 lessons of giving + homework + forms + audio recordings + readings)

Breathing Techniques:

Concentration and Meditation Techniques:
What is the purpose of meditation applied during pregnancy? What types of meditations can be applied?
Things to consider when giving a Pregnancy Yoga lesson:

Creating a Lesson Flow:
How can you structure a lesson with the techniques you will learn? Creating a Ritual in the lesson content.
