According to Ayurveda, Vata dosha carries active, light and variable energies. When out of balance, anxiety, restlessness and mental confusion occur.
In this 1.5 hour practice with Meltem Fakabasmaz, you will calm your body and mind and find balance with the slow yoga flow that balances Vata, kumbhaka breath work and energy work focusing on the Anahata (heart) and Vishuddha (throat) chakras.
