External Alignment
Saturday, February 17
On the first day of this interactive experience, we will unlock the secrets of physical balance, refine and develop our basic yoga postures, and make adjustments to create a solid foundation for our practice. When we align our body correctly, a harmony begins between the mind and soul.
Internal Alignment
Sunday, February 18
On the second day of the workshop, you will discover how external balance contributes to our internal harmony.
