Face yoga is an exercise that aims to strengthen the facial muscles, while also using the breath to send more oxygen to the facial area and provide a younger, healthier appearance.
In this lesson with Betül Avcı, you will learn how to use the correct breath, and exercises you can do for daily and regular use of facial muscles. We will finish our lesson with a short meditation practice.
