The workshop will focus on “FUNKY” variations of poses such as Pincha Mayurasana, Eka Pada Bakasana, Ashtavakrasana, etc., which are frequently known and practiced in yoga practice; It offers participants a roadmap and tips on how to maintain strength and balance when the plane changes. While discovering your body’s response and potential in variations that you are not very familiar with, you will have the opportunity to add variety to your practice with fun experiments.
