In this 2.5 hour workshop;
-Correct alignment principles,
-Strengthening exercises with safe flow,
-Shoulder, core and leg strengthening exercises,
-We will investigate safe transition techniques on headstand and its variations.
-Wall supported and partnered exercises will take place.
