We start our Hatha Yoga journey by researching Padmasana / Lotus pose.
While discussing its philosophy, we will learn to prepare the body for comfortable sitting with the help of hatha yoga asanas, focusing on hip, knee and ankle mobility with variations suitable for every body. We will deepen attention with the unifying power of mula bandha and mudras, softening and strengthening tense areas.
We will invite the body to listen deeply from within the movement in the lotus pose that provides energetic openness. Finally, we will complete this practice by doing breathing and meditation exercises.
