This practice, which supports the body and mind to transition to a deep awareness area; will allow you to experience the process of inner transformation with intention setting, a meditative yoga flow and mantra meditation.

This practice is based on inner discovery, awareness and the power of the so hum mantra. First, you will begin your journey by listening to your inner voice with a guided intention setting practice. Then, you will experience the harmony of movement and breath with a yoga series that prepares the body and mind for meditation. Finally, after a short preparation that calms the mind with the power of breath, you will deepen into silence with mantra meditation.
At the end of this practice, we will feel clearer in mind, more fluid in body and more aligned with our intention.
